Fresh salads, tasty pastas, and chilled Prosecco or homemade lemonade flow as laughter mingles with the song of cicadas, the essence of la dolce vita, served alfresco with effortless charm. For the very hot days, retreat to our elegant, air-conditioned restaurant where the flavours of Tuscany shine just as brightly.

Sip an Sermolli Spritz or flute of Prosecco while the horizon turns amber, and let soft arias and laughter drift through the evening. Once home to the Sermolli family’s 400 + Florentine manuscripts of the Venturi Music Collection, the villa still carries the soul of music within its walls — a living symphony of Tuscan beauty and belonging.
As the evening unfolds, La Terrazza becomes the stage for Tuscany’s finest moments. Our chef guides you through the region’s most beloved traditions, from handcrafted pasta and seasonal antipasti to perfectly grilled meats from our 400-year-old wood-fired oven. Every Wednesday, the ancient oven takes centre stage for our beloved Pizza Evening, where thin-crust pizzas and the warmth of the fire bring guests together under the Tuscan sky. Dine à la carte and let the flavours of the Valdinievole tell their story, one unhurried course at a time.
Our chef will share the secrets of the most traditional dishes from both regions, Tuscany and Umbria. During the cooking class, you will use mostly the products from our garden and from the local farmers close by. The menu can be personalized to your taste. The cooking class experience includes a lunch so you can enjoy the results of your work.
