Through frescoed salons, ancient stone staircases, lemon-scented terraces and noble gardens, a timeless estate of rare beauty awaits your story.
From intimate winter gatherings to grand summer celebrations and brand shoots, Villa Sermolli can be fully yours. In winter, the historic 15-room villa may be reserved exclusively for stays of three nights or more – a private sanctuary with its own salons, terraces, gardens, and amenities. In summer, the estate is available only as a full-property buyout, including all 32 rooms across the villa and surrounding apartments, offering complete privacy, dedicated staff, and the full Tuscan retreat experience. Prices vary based on seasonality and availability.
