1. Reservations
- Reservations can be made online, by phone, email, or directly at the property.
- To secure your reservation, a deposit or credit card guarantee may be required.
- The reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment.
2. Cancellations and Changes
- Cancellations or changes must be communicated in writing (email or online form).
- Standard Policy:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
- Cancellations more than 48 hours before arrival or no-show: 100% charge.
- Some rates (e.g. non-refundable) may have different conditions, indicated at the time of booking.
3. Check-in / Check-out

4. Payments
- We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), and debit cards
5. Tourist tax
- The tourist tax is not included in the rate and will be applied in accordance with current legislation.
6. Guest behavior
- Guests must respect the quiet of the property and other people present.
- Smoking is prohibited in rooms and common areas (except in designated areas).
- Any damage caused to the structure or furnishings will be charged to the customer.
7. Animals
- Pets are allowed at a cost of 15 euros per night (dogs weighing up to 15 kg and a maximum of 1 per room/apartment).
8. Responsibility
- The hotel is not responsible for valuables left unattended or not declared at reception.
- Parking is free, and the hotel is not responsible for any damage or theft to vehicles.
9. Processing of personal data
- The data provided by guests will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
