1. Reservations

  • Reservations can be made online, by phone, email or directly at the property.
  • A deposit or a credit card may be required to guarantee the reservation.
  • The reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment.

2. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations or changes must be communicated in writing (by email or online form).
  • Standard policy:
  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
  • Cancellations after 48 hours before arrival or no-shows: 100% charge.
  • Some rates (e.g. non-refundable) may have different conditions, stated at the time of booking.

3. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • Late check-in after 11:00 PM may incur an extra fee.
  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

4. Payments

  • Cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), and debit cards are accepted.

5. Tourist Tax

  • The tourist tax is not included in the rate and will be applied according to current regulations.

6. Guest Behavior

  • Guests must respect the peace of the property and other guests.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms and common areas (except in designated areas).
  • Damage to the property or furnishings will be charged to the guest.

7. Pets

  • Pets are allowed at a cost of €15 per night (dogs max 15 kg and 1 per room/apartment).

8. Liability

  • The hotel is not responsible for valuables not stored or not declared at the reception.
  • Parking is free and the hotel is not liable for any damage or theft of vehicles.

9. Personal Data Processing

  • Guest data will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
